Refundable Pet Deposit: Great news! If you qualify for our deposit waiver program, you won't need to pay a pet deposit. It's a fantastic way to simplify your move-in. If you decide not to opt-in or if the program isn't applicable, we'll just go over the standard pet deposit amounts. If your pet is over 1 year old the amount will be $150 or $250 if your pet is under the age of 1 year.
Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds that are prohibited are defined as: Rottweiler, standard Doberman Pinscher, all breeds of Pit Bulls (Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow, and any animal that exhibits aggressive behavior toward humans or other animals. All animals must be properly vaccinated through a licensed veterinarian and be licensed by the City if applicable.
